Le sommet At-Large est le premier rassemblement de représentants des utilisateurs individuels d’Internet qui participent aux travaux de l’ICANN.

Organisé en tant que partie intégrante de la 34 ème conférence internationale de l’ICANN à Mexico, le Sommet va comporter deux sessions générales réunissant tous les participants, des sessions thématiques et ateliers sur des problématiques concernant les utilisateurs individuels d’Internet du monde entier (ils seront dirigés par des membres de la communauté At-Large), cinq groupes de travail chargés de soumettre, à l’ensemble de la communauté de l’ICANN, des motions sur d’importants sujets et bien d’autres événements.
