La cumbre de At-Large es la primera reunión de los representantes de usuarios particulares de Internet que participan en ICANN.

Organizada como parte integral de la Reunión internacional N.º 34 de ICANN en Ciudad de México, la cumbre está estructurada en dos sesiones generales de todos los participantes, sesiones temáticas y talleres sobre temas de interés de los usuarios particulares de Internet a nivel mundial conducidos por miembros de la comunidad de At-Large, cinco grupos de trabajo que generan declaraciones sobre asuntos importantes para toda la comunidad de ICANN y muchos otros eventos.
