A working group of members of the At-Large community was formed to organise the content and structure of the Summit, with support from the ICANN At-Large Staff and a dedicated team of professional meeting planners.

The Working Group often works in two teams, one dedicated to content, and a second to logistics. The Content working group is chaired by Wolf LudwigOpens a new window, Chair of the EURALO, and the logistics working group by Evan LeibovitchOpens a new window, Chair of NARALO.
