North American School of Internet Governance (NASIG) 2018

The North American School of Internet Governance (NASIG) is an in-depth capacity building event featuring NARALO and At-Large leaders. NASIG focuses on teaching the development and application of the shared principles, norms, rules, policies, decision-making procedures and organizations that shape the evolution and use of the Internet. Additionally, NASIG seeks to empoer the next generation of Internet leaders.

NASIG 2018 will be held in Puerto Rico on 7-9 March 2018, with an evening event on 9 March from 19:00 - 21:00 local time. NASIG will be followed by the celebration of ICANN61 Public Forum meeting. Approximately 40 students are expected to come from Canada, the United States, and Puerto Rico, along with over 16 lecturers, many of whom are a part of the NARALO and ICANN At-Large community.
