Background

The ALAC Chair, Alan Greenberg, sent this Correspondence to the ICANN Board of Directors (in particular, the Board Chairman Steve Crocker, and the former Chair of the Board New gTLD Program Committee Cherine Chalaby, and the At-Large selected ICANN Board Director Rinalia Abdul Rahim).
