Background
At-Large comments emphasize ensuring that ICANN's plans align with the needs and priorities of end-users, particularly those in underserved and underrepresented communities. We appreciate the budget breakdown by activity, especially within each activity, as it makes fund allocations easier to understand. We also greatly appreciate the clickable index, as it makes it very easy to find information and click on the link that interests people.
