Join us in the sixth largest city in Japan — Kobe — to enjoy a morning and lunch of ICANN policy-making discussions.

Building on the success of the joint At-Large & NCUC sessions at previous ICANN meetings, this session represents a joint event of the At-Large community (https://atlarge.icann.org) and Non-Commercial Users Constituency (http://ncuc.org), for local academia, civil society, and individual Internet end users.

The agenda is built around policy issues and specific topics, presented in an interactive Town Hall format. This exciting session aims to help attendees - both newcomers and seasoned community members who want to know more about policy - to become acquainted with the ICANN policy processes and to provide them with first-hand information on the issues At-Large and NCUC are working on, as well as the differences and similarities in At-Large/NCUC positions.
