The Third At-Large Summit (ATLAS III) is the third gathering of the representatives of Internet end users participating in ICANN.

Organized as an integral part of the 66th ICANN International MeetingOpens a new window in Montréal, Canada, the Summit features general sessions of sixty selected At-Large members, thematic sessions and workshops on issues that concern individual Internet users worldwide led by At-Large community members, working groups producing statements on important subjects to the whole ICANN community, and many other events. 

ATLAS III will be an assembly of the future leaders of At-LargeOpens a new window, focused on developing and nurturing their abilities to become thought leaders and change agents who will effectively implement what has resulted from the At-Large Review Process.
