Arabic AFRALO Brochure Now Available
The AFRALO outreach brochure has been translated into Arabic and is now available as a PDF file.
The brochure was drafted by the members of the African Regional At-Large Organization (AFRALO) to increase awareness of AFRALO within Africa. It gives an overview on ICANN and At-Large and includes a short explanation on some of the key issues the region is working on, including the introduction of new generic top level domains (gTLDs), issues related to the Whois record, internationalized domain names (IDNs) as well as issues with a specific regional focus such as bridging the digital divide and increasing connectivity.
The brochure will facilitate AFRALO outreach activities within the Arabic speaking parts of Africa.
