ALAC Endorses Statement on Draft Applicant Guidebook v4

The attached document [PDF, 398 KB] was endorsed by the At-Large Advisory Committee today.

The five day ALAC vote on the ALAC Statement on Draft Applicant Guidebook v4 and Explanatory Memorandum resulted with 12-0 vote in favor of endorsing the statement.
