The Request has been formally submitted.

Apart from a minor grammar correction, the removal of a note about the RGP for .name, and removing the DRAFT notation, the only other changes were:

1. Following a discussion with several registrars on the Thursday night in Cairo, I have altered the suggested outcomes to make them more bullet-proof - specifically making it clear that the domain must not in any way look like it is still functioning, and making sure that non-web and non-e-mail services are also covered.
2. Defining the word "published" which was previously not clear.
