Description:

    Our organization is constituted by citizens of different regions from the country, under the voluntary service form, the amount of VOLUNTEERS who work in our organization is near the 900, with different commitment of work each one based on its times. The professions vary based on age and activity, but the remarkable ones is: University students, Lawyers, Systems Engineers, Psychologists, Systems Analysts and Lawyers in Social Communication.

    There are no requirements of eligibility to belong to our organization.

    Yes. Our organization is self-sustentable, This remains demonstrated across the 6 years of uninterrupted existence, by the actions and activities our organization make and its presence in all kinds of events related with our objectives. Our organization can exist thanks to voluntary contributions and strategic alliances realized with public and private sector of our country, to realize concrete actions to reach the aims placed in our statute

    INTERNAUTA, has a Directive Commission of 10 members, elect by direct election by means of assembly of partners. Its meets once a month in ordinary assembly, twice a month in plenary assembly, and once a month in work areas
    Has 64 delegations and sub delegations in different Provinces of Argentina, which get together once a month in plenary assembly and other one in work areas assembly
    In addition to this organizacional structure, there are many work areas in where projects of communitarian intervention and direct action in the network are elaborated.
    Another organ of work and discussion is the Technologies of the Information and Communication Training Center for the Development (CESTECO for the Development)

Objectives

    The objectives of Internauta are:
    • to reduce the digital breach (digital alphabetization and connectivity),
    • the defense of Internet users rights,
    • the communitarian intervention by means of Tics (mainly with regard to work with people in situation of poverty and exclusion),
    • the technological development,
    • the promotion of solutions from the studies made in our training center (CESTECO for the Development).
