At-Large Public Comments Requested: Draft ALAC NCUC Statement on the Final IRT Report

Comments from the At-large community are invited until the 30th August, at which point a final statement will be produced and voted on by the ALAC.

The document was drafted originally by At-Large Advisory Committee member Patrick Vande Walle and discussed and revised by the ALAC and the NCUC during their joint meeting in Sydney on June 23rd, 2009 (see http://syd.icann.org/node/3807).
